Terms & Conditions


  • All items purchased have a 15 day exchange policy. We do not take refunds however exchanges can be made.
  • Exchanges made that need to be shipped back , the customer is responsible for the shipping fee to send item back to business. Once item has returned a new one will be sent out free of charge. 
  • You are responsible for the care of your items , LQ does not cover damaged items after washing.
  • Items shipped and not received will have a 25 day waiting period, after 25 days please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
  • Size Guides are provided please know the size before ordering. We offer size exchanges however you will be responsible to shipping item for exchange.
